Marathon Training Update

I hit a road block in my training the other day, having not trained for 3 weeks due to ill health and a house move I found it incredibly tough to get back into things and only managed half a session.  One needs to be mentally and physically alert in order to obtain the focus and stamina needed for this kind of training. The other day I had none.  Today I was determined to complete my training session.  I hit a wall very early into my run but got into ‘The Zone’ about half way into it.  So today I completed my first 5k! Only another 35 to go! LOL.

For those of you just picking up on this, I am training for the London Marathon in 2016. I have absolutely started from scratch.  Due to personal reasons I am unable to disclose the name of the charity that I am running for, however it is a charity that has a lot of importance to me.  For privacy reasons I am also unable to give out my vanilla fund raising page but I would still like to collect sponsorship from my devoted slaves and followers.  I have to raise £2000 by April.  If you would like to sponsor me, please send me an email to missdeelight@outlook.com so that I can give you the details of a bank account that I am using for this purpose.  I will post regular updates here at each £100 marker and will personally thank you here on my blog, if you are happy for me to do so.  All sponsor money will then be transferred via my funding page to the charity that I am running for.  Thank you for your support!
